Our easily accessed and school friendly referral process.
To engage with the Outreach team, schools refer students through our consultation process.
It is a school and admin - friendly approach where the focus is on information gathering, not completing forms.
Simply email secondary.outreach@kcat.co.uk to book an online or telephone consultation regarding your student.

Schools will promptly receive a scheduled meeting, which usually take place bi-weekly on Tuesdays. In exeptional circumstances we are more than happy to accomadate consultations at other times, particulary if the case is more urgent. There is no requirement for you to complete any documentation prior to the meeting, all that we ask is that as a member of SLT you have a thorough knowledge of the student. Information that will be required can be found on our schools leaflet, please see link below. This also includeds information on thresholds for referral.
By the end of the same week your consultation has taken place, our team will discuss your referral and you will recieve documented feedback. If appropriate intervention work will commence shortly after that.​
